Chapter Philanthropy

"To lend to those less fortunate a helping hand."

As stated in our creed, the Lambda Delta chapter of Phi Mu values our Philanthropy, Children's Miracle Network Hospital.

During the Spring, our chapter hosts the annual Teeter Totter event. This event helps to involve the campus and the Aiken community in our philanthropy through participation of our twenty four hour Teeter Totter. Not only does this event help to bring the chapter closer but we also have the chance to raise funds for philanthropy.  This past teeter totter our girls got to meet a miracle child of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals!

Once a month, we also hold a Motivational Monday table in our Student Activities Center that sells sweet tea, lemonade and various cookies.  This event allows for us to raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, as well.
